Attention: AZ House Bill 2298
Please click the link below to read about the upcoming House Bill to take effect June 30, 2025. This Bill pertains to HOA governing authority
over on-street parking. As it stands, this legislation will automatically take effect July 1, 2025 and at that time the HOA will have no
authority over the parking of vehicles (cars, bikes, boats, RVs, trailers, etc.) on the streets of your community. There are several
ramifications potentially involved when this Bill takes effect, especially regarding safety.
Surprise Farms I will hold a community vote in the
near future. Homeowners will receive a ballot along with some additional information. This is a very important vote, the result of which will
have a drastic impact on your community for years to come. If you have any questions on the House Bill, the vote, or how you can spread
awareness, please contact Community Manager Mike Swift at
mike@kinneymanagement.com or 480-508-4008.
